- Richy Roosa’s tapping into the untamed and unreasonable forces gives life and definition to what it means to be human. His art personifies the territory however deviating from the norm. His art is very much at ease where he dwells. Location does not make an artist, creating does. Location does not portray the creator. His art does. Freedom of spirit has a cost. Being responsible for self is the exchange. Art is encompassing however singular the act of creating. I doubt that this particular Dominican artist is that familiar with Tad Bonieki, yet in his obvious multidimensional gathering exhibited online exhibit, I could not help think that Richy Roosa has crashed through territorial obstacles in producing pieces ahead of his time. Well versed in the language of freedom through the art of expression. His art pieces speak loud and clear. I am grateful for the opportunity not only to enjoy the visual conversation with Richy Roosa at a distance, but-sharing the dialogue with others is as important.
